The ideal candidate enjoys being creative, understands current social media trends, and can help bring ideas to life through short‑form video. Responsibilities may include: Filming short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Editing videos and creating engaging social media content Brainstorming creative content ideas that showcase our services, caregivers, and the families we support Helping develop authentic, relatable content that connects with local parents Assisting with building brand awareness for The Preferred Nanny and The Sitter Source Participating in occasional in‑person filming sessions in the Pittsburgh area Ideal Candidate: Creative and comfortable creating video content Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook trends Strong communication skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and bring new ideas to the table Interested in marketing, communications, social media, digital media, or content creation Experience creating social media content is a plus, but we are also open to students who are passionate about creating videos, staying up to date with social media trends, and are excited to learn. If you enjoy making TikToks, Reels, or creative content in your personal life and want the opportunity to apply those skills for a local business, we’d love to hear from you!
