Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Transactional Tax for its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in law-firm settings, focusing on transactional tax matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, partnership tax, private equity fund formation, capital markets, and financings. Duties Advise multinational corporations and financial institutions on complex tax issues. Develop innovative tax structures for a diverse client base. Collaborate with global tax teams on cross-border transactions. Provide practical solutions to tax controversies and business operations. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in transactional tax matters. Experience with domestic and cross-border M&A and partnership tax. Proficiency in private equity fund formation and capital markets. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
