NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Baton Rouge LA
Neurocrine Biosciences
Responsibilities
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications to meet objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, clinical staff, and payers
- Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success and sales growth
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and patient access
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field plus 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical, long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environment and FDA guidelines
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent territory travel
- Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic product experience strongly preferred
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience strongly preferred
