Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional nursing care across emergency, med/surg, and progressive care units
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments in accordance with policy
• Administer medications accurately, following the six medication rights
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate changes in patient status to physicians
• Assist with procedures and perform treatments within your scope of practice
• Educate patients and families on care plans and pain management strategies
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, ensuring safety and quality care

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
• Ability to perform assessments on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

This role is based in a small, rural hospital that provides a broad range of acute care services.
