Radiation TherapistLocation: Spokane, WA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift: Day Shift | Rotating Call | No Weekends Start Date: ASAPPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accuracy in treatment delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates looking to begin their careers in a supportive clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister prescribed radiation therapy treatments according to established protocolsAccurately position patients and deliver prescribed doses per treatment plansMaintain treatment records and assist with quality assurance and radiation safety proceduresEnsure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout treatment sessionsOperate and maintain radiation therapy equipmentCollaborate with Radiation Oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and interdisciplinary teamsFloat between clinic locations, including hospital settings, as neededEquipment & WorkflowDaily patient volume: 20-45 patients (varies by clinic location)Systems/Equipment Used:Elekta Versa HDMOSAIQEpicQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology programARRT Certification (required)State Licensure Requirements:Washington: ARRT + WA Radiologic Technologist CertificationIdaho: ARRT CertificationCurrent CPR certificationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageRotating call pay providedSign-on bonus available (case-by-case basis)Comprehensive benefits packageInterview ProcessInitial virtual interview (Zoom)Onsite visit and facility tour (if selected)Feedback typically provided within a few days, often immediately after interview
