THE TYPE OF SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy
- Positive attitude
- Professional experience and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
Possessing these qualifications would also be ideal:
- Experience with Mitchel 1/Bolt On
- ASE certifications
- Ability to work a busy schedule
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - specifically on the phone
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER
This full-time advising position works 40 hours per week.
As a Service Advisor - Service Writer, you answer phone calls promptly while providing excellent customer service and support. You quickly create work orders that detail service needs for technicians to follow up with the customer. Your organized nature allows you to report on services rendered accurately and efficiently. You thrive while working on our team and are essential to our dynamic environment.
