This role sits within one of their U.S. manufacturing or engineering operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and improve work instructions, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and job aids
• Partner with subject matter experts, engineers, and operations staff to gather accurate technical information
• Research and analyze technical information from multiple sources to build comprehensive documentation
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
• Plan, schedule, and track documentation projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Translate complex technical processes into clear, user ready documentation

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree in English, communication, technical writing, engineering, or a science field, or an associate's degree/HS diploma with significant technical writing experience
• 3 or more years of technical writing experience
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 documentation requirements
• Ability to understand and clearly document technical manufacturing processes
• Strong written communication skills for translating complex technical information into clear documentation

Preferred / Bonus

• Technical writing experience in a manufacturing environment
• PTC Windchill system experience
• Optics knowledge
