About the Position

Job Description

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join a well-established, full-scope urology practice in Findlay, Ohio . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering access to advanced robotic technology , strong subspecialty support, and a balanced clinical schedule .

Assignment Details

• Location: Findlay, OH

• Position Type: Permanent

• Practice Model: Hospital-based & outpatient mix

• Schedule: Full-time

• Call: No more than 1:3 (very light; mostly phone consultations)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care for adult and pediatric patients

• Perform open, laparoscopic, and robot-assisted urologic procedures

• Participate in office-based procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic urology services

• Manage surgical cases across hospital, critical access hospital, and ambulatory surgery center settings

• Collaborate with hospitalists for ED admissions and inpatient management

• Participate in development and growth of advanced surgical programs

• Maintain high standards of patient-centered, evidence-based care

Requirements

✅ Required Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology

• Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Clean malpractice and license history

• NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
