Details Medical Nursing unit (4-South) in a hospital setting 30-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:4-5 Medical Surgical patient population Night shift schedule, 3x12's, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Every third weekend required (Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday) At least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays required within a 6-week period Holiday availability based on unit need No on-call requirements Uses Epic EMR Floating to like units required Requirements Active RN license (IN or Compact) required Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent travel experience on a Medical Surgical unit required Acute Care/Medical Surgical experience preferred No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Reports to Heart Center, 4th floor, with designated parking available near the ER in yellow-lined spots Must be available every day during the first week of orientation for onboarding Navy scrub color required; hoodies, non-scrub jackets, and crocs are not permitted Positive, team-oriented candidates with flexible scheduling preferred Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced bill rate American Traveler Job ID P-750231.
