LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in hiring a Recruiter. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for the team. They are looking for a long-term fit! This position will be a full-cycle recruiter, sourcing candidates from scratch, connecting with hiring managers to understand their needs, coordinating with candidates throughout the interview process, offering and negotiating, and guiding candidates through to the onboarding process. This will be a high-volume position and interested candidates must be adaptable and able to pivot quickly within the role. This position will be recruiting for a wide array of positions including entry-level customer facing positions to corporate administrative roles. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desired (not required) Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting, within high-volume environments Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and ATS systems Ability to work well independently and proactively and analytically problem-solve Able to multitask and prioritize throughout the day Excellent communication and ability to work with a wide array of individuals, including external contact and internal managers Tech savvy and ability to work within multiple software systems (Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
