About the Job Bob's Motorcycles is looking for a Motorcycle Service Technician to join our service team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a casual and fun environment that encourages work-life balance. Requirements:
- Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing motorcycles (any brand).
- Motorcycle driver's license with clean driving record.
- Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line.
- Able to qualify for Maryland Inspector license.
- Proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
- Motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Manual dexterity.
- A passionate, motorcycle-loving team environment.
- Professional but casual, friendly, and fun.
- Supportive environment where work-life balance is encouraged.
- Comfortably heated and air-conditioned, including service bays.
- Dedicated to your safety: A UV light air purification system is installed that kills germs and viruses and completely cleans the air throughout the dealership multiple times a day. Surface areas are cleaned frequently.
