We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Tester with strong expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) application testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Workday HCM modules, designing test cases, executing functional testing, and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality system implementations. Job Title: Workday HCM Tester Employment Type: Contract ********NOTE: W2 CANDIDATES ONLY(USC/GC)********* Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Workday HCM applications. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate system functionality. Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution. Prepare and maintain test execution reports and communicate testing status to project stakeholders. Work with test management tools to manage test cases and execution cycles. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) application testing. 4+ years of hands-on experience testing Workday HCM. Strong experience in: Test Planning Test Case Design Functional Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Developers to understand business requirements. Experience using test management tools and preparing test status reports. Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience with excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with JIRA and HP Quality Center (HP QC/ALM). Experience creating testing dashboards and status reports.
