We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Entry-Level Software Tester to join our team in Washington. In this role you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to start their career in software testing and gain valuable experience. Responsibilities Conduct manual and automated tests on software applications Document and report any bugs or issues found during testing Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Write test scripts and test cases based on project requirements Participate in code reviews to identify potential areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing practices Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically Familiarity with different types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, integration) Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Salary $1,000 per month Location Washington, USA Benefits Preference will be given to Canadian applicants who are English-speaking and have their own visa Accommodation may be provided if needed Join our team today and kickstart your career in software testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
