We have been awarded a contract to design, manufacture and maintain 246 new railcars for the Western Australia Railcar Program, and 6 DMU railcars for the Australind service between Perth and Bunbury. Responsibilities Perform fault diagnosis, identification and rectification on vehicle systems. Assist in identifying and producing vehicle modification programs to improve reliability and maintainability. Conduct post‑work testing and validation as necessary. Update the Maintenance Management System with all work performed. Support train movements and other depot tasks as required. Qualifications Proactive approach with effective time‑management skills. Positive attitude and team player. Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, diagnosing and repair. Certificate III in Electrotechnology. Current WA Electrical Licence. Availability for occasional night and afternoon shifts.
