Job Description Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of residential construction projects. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure all materials and resources are procured and delivered on schedule. Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and communications. Promote a culture of safety and quality on-site. The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A results‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
