Security Supervisor - Corporate Client GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Supervisor for our corporate client. This role focuses on leading daily security operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Location Santa Clara, CA Schedule Full time, 40 hours per week Thursday – Sunday, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am Compensation & Benefits $34 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; disability and life insurance options Career growth opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, including training new officers and ensuring post checks are completed. Manage crew schedules to maintain zero dark posts at the site. Provide customer service: welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors. Supervise access control and overall security service, representing GardaWorld as a premier provider. Respond to operational emergencies, ensuring timely response, communication, and accurate reporting. Direct, supervise, and support shift officers; maintain operational logs, records, and post orders. Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and staff; serve as liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff. Maintain a zero‑incident safety culture and manage a robust safety program appropriate to the environment. Handle corrective actions and discipline of subordinate officers, including formal warnings and participation in termination decisions. Conduct patrols to identify potential risks and inspect security equipment, reporting maintenance needs. Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams, and answer questions by phone or in person. Write incident reports and communicate security concerns; ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent corporate security supervisor experience. State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training available during hiring). Active driver’s license. 21 years of age and at least a high‑school diploma or GED. Exceptional customer service skills. Basic computer and phone proficiency. Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage. Ability to provide a current resume for Security Supervisor position.
