Sterile Processing Technician

The position is for a Sterile Processing Technician. This role requires a rotating weekend schedule and participation in a holiday rotation. Clinicians may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs. Experience with neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, orthopedic, transplant, and gynecological procedures is preferred. Candidates must be certified and have experience with sterilization and decontamination processes. The facility allows for one call-off every two weeks and enforces guidelines regarding attendance and tardiness. Failure to meet attendance expectations may result in removal from shifts. Travelers should be aware of emergency response assignments during severe weather conditions. Candidates should ensure they comply with all requirements prior to the start date. RTO (requested time off) must be provided upon submission and will not be accepted after. Only local candidates within the specified radius will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All applicants must demonstrate they meet the necessary experience and certification requirements before assignment.
