Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) $27.96–$31.45 per hour, based on experience. What you’ll do: Carry out treatment plans set by the supervising Occupational Therapist Help residents build or regain skills for daily living and functional movement Track resident progress and report changes to the OT Encourage and support residents through therapy sessions Document each visit accurately and on time, per state and facility guidelines What you’ll need: Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active, current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in New Jersey Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or senior living Pay and benefits: $27.96–$31.45 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning access Generous paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance program and employee discount program Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
