You will be part of a small team working on the cutting edge of Internet and enterprise security using your expertise throughout the stack. Your experience with diverse suite of languages, and knowledge of security along with your passion for creating and delivering products that make a difference. This dynamic position has a mix of architecture, design, development and testing, as well as other activities such as code reviews, customer meetings and prototyping.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop and test both prototype and production servicesDeployment in cloud and customer environmentsStay current with state of the art in development tools, frameworks and methodologiesAdapt to customer requirements and technology choicesRequirementsBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience10+ years of industry experienceExperience with developing scalable, reliable enterprise and/or SAAS softwareExperience in the following areas are required:Any of Rust/C/C++/Java/C#/GoNetwork and or enterprise securityDistributed databases/systemsLDAP/Active DirectoryVersion control tools (e.g. Git, SVN)Cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, OCI)Service reliability and redundancy techniquesExperience in the following areas are a plus:Service scalability techniquesService performance analysisContainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Clusters and orchestrationDevOpsApplied Invention is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The expected base annual salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000. Actual compensation for an individual will vary depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
