Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical services to assigned clients, addressing their individual needs related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to advance team goals and improve client outcomes.

• Engage respectfully with clients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, honoring their unique experiences and perspectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments, using evidence-based methods to inform treatment plans and referrals as necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary community resources and support services.

• Offer a variety of preventive, treatment, and recovery services, tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention strategies when immediate support is required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client outcomes, service utilization, and compliance with ethical standards and policies.

• Carry a manageable caseload, conducting individual and group therapy sessions as well as family counseling, always focused on the client’s presenting problems.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care.

• Cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing access to services for clients who are non-English speakers.
