Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis strategies.

• Maintain and promptly document client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Serve as a key liaison with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance resource availability and partnership development.

• Communicate effectively with clients and the community, working to cultivate productive partnerships that support our mission and enhance service delivery.

• Address other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brighter Soul Counseling, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use, and developmental disabilities. Your expertise in individualized therapy will be fundamental in helping these clients navigate their unique recovery journeys, fostering healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current Independent LMHC License.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include monthly productivity bonuses, a flexible schedule to promote work-life balance, PTO and sick time, a comprehensive health plan (including dental and vision), and a 403B retirement plan with a 3% match.
