SpringLeaf Healthcare Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our innovative and compassionate team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to significant mental health care within our outpatient facility located in Spokane, Washington. We aim to accommodate our team’s flexibility while meeting patient needs. Your standard hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some variability depending on client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and culturally sensitive evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, integrating cultural considerations into each approach.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions with an emphasis on promoting mental health, resilience, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate behavioral support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to be active participants in their care.

• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation compliant with ethical standards as well as federal and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case conferences, cultural competency training, and team meetings.

• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current Washington State license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
