Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to identify their specific mental health needs and customize treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Engage actively with patients during counseling sessions to listen empathetically to their concerns, diagnose mental or emotional disorders, and collaboratively build effective coping strategies.

• Participate in professional development opportunities by completing continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
