This full-time position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. Counselors can expect to work between 30 to 40 hours each week, with scheduling flexibility accommodating personal needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.

• Ensure the completion of all required documentation and clinical notes in a timely manner, adhering to established regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ascertain client needs and track progress.

• Engage in inter-departmental collaboration to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to individual clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation reviews, ensuring that our services consistently meet high-quality standards.

• Act as a liaison with relevant state and community agencies to facilitate access to comprehensive care for our clients.

• Maintain effective communication channels that support the clinic’s mission and comply with contract obligations.

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with local and federal agencies to enhance services, acquire funding, and promote clinic programs.

• Pursue ongoing professional growth through workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Champion the agency's mission and values in all interactions, promoting an environment of wellness and recovery.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
