Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing tools and interviews that support comprehensive understanding.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual needs, integrating feedback from clients to refine approaches.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or psychodynamic therapy, based on client preferences and diagnostic impressions.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, track progress, and adjust treatment modalities as required.

• Utilize teletherapy options to expand accessibility for clients who favor virtual sessions or face location-related barriers, ensuring consistency in care delivery.

• Accurately document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress within electronic health record systems to comply with ethical standards and healthcare regulations.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities, participating in relevant trainings and staying updated with emerging mental health trends and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering a safe and secure environment for client expression.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach, crucial for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of a varied caseload alongside paperwork and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient clinical settings is highly desirable.

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload management.
