Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse population of clients, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Presence of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with prior experience in teletherapy, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and a background in private practice are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
