In Process Research Associate

Position Summary We are seeking an In-Process Support Associate with a strong protein chemistry background to provide cGMP in-process analytical support for drug substances manufactured internally. The Associate will be trained to execute analytical test methods and techniques, perform data analysis and integrity review of STAT samples, and occasionally conduct QC testing for release and in‑process samples. Responsibilities Perform testing on in-process or drug substance/drug product using bio-analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis, and simple compendial testing. Exercise technical discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments to support project goals. Make detailed observations and carry out elementary data analysis. Conduct troubleshooting analysis and maintain knowledge of instrumentation. Document work in notebooks and worksheets accurately. Maintain familiarity with current scientific literature and professional expertise. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of chemicals; manage hazardous waste disposition. Adhere to all safety requirements and attend required safety and health training. React to change productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned. Requirements B.S. in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience. Experience in QC analysis of proteins, antibodies, peptides, or vaccines (preferred but not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred.
