We are seeking an experienced lead advanced practice clinician to join and lead our EM team at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, New Jersey. This full-time role offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with administrative responsibilities while working alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.As the Lead APC, you will play a key role in supporting departmental operations, mentoring NP/PA team members, and partnering with physician and hospital leadership to ensure excellence in patient care and team performance.Role OverviewProvide clinical care within a busy emergency departmentServe as a leader and mentor for APC team membersAssist with onboarding, scheduling, and performance managementPromote quality, patient safety, and operational excellence initiativesCollaborate with hospital administration and emergency department leadershipSupport departmental goals and clinician engagement effortsCompetitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $70 to $85 hourly.
