Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ success as a full-time contract School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Located in the community near Lancaster, TX, this opportunity offers the chance to make a lasting difference, fostering positive outcomes for children and their families within the school setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and participating in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to special education and school psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine student needs
- Provide direct support and interventions for students facing academic, behavioral, or social/emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Facilitate crisis interventions and serve as a resource for mental health concerns within the school community
- Contribute to a positive school climate by promoting mental wellness and advocating for students’ needs
This full-time position allows you to engage meaningfully with students and professionals throughout the ’26/’27 academic year, shaping their educational experiences in tangible ways.
