- Document system requirements and maintain user stories in alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with development teams and user groups to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Lead meetings to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and address any issues that arise.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the transition from legacy applications to updated solutions by documenting processes and requirements.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project tasks and deliverables effectively.
- Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards to track project progress and manage user stories.
- User Stories
- 5+ years of experience in documenting business processes and collaborating with IT and business communities.
- Agile
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.
- Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation.
- Experience with MS Office tools for documentation and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a business analyst role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
