Qualified candidates must be able/willing to work in San Diego, with occasional travel to Orange.The Manager Employee Relations partners with HR and business leaders to support compliance initiatives, promote positive employee relations, and mitigate organizational risk. This role provides guidance on workforce relations matters, including policy interpretation, investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. The Manager supports the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring alignment with applicable employment laws and organizational objectives.
