Role Description This is a full-time, remote Real Estate Broker role focused on representing residential buyers and sellers in the Greater Seattle area. The Real Estate Broker will prospect and nurture leads, conduct virtual and in-person consultations, and guide clients through the full transaction lifecycle—from property search and pricing strategy to offer negotiation and closing. Daily tasks include preparing listing presentations, coordinating marketing activities for properties, monitoring market trends, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with brokerage and state regulations. The role also involves building long-term client relationships through responsive communication, proactive problem-solving, and consistent follow-up, while collaborating with the internal support team to ensure smooth, timely transactions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to analyze local market trends and advise clients on pricing, offers, and investment potential. Brokerage and Sales skills, including contract negotiation, transaction management, and closing strategies in a residential real estate environment. High-quality Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client advocacy throughout the buying and selling process. Valid Washington State real estate broker license (or eligibility to obtain), with familiarity with state regulations and brokerage compliance requirements. Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and digital marketing channels used in real estate prospecting and client communication. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced market. Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with attention to detail in contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents.
