Manufacturing Technician I
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and subassemblies to specifications.
- Meet or exceed quality and efficiency standards.
- Ensure the quality and proper operation of work performed.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper calibration.
- Perform timely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies.
- Document testing and calibration results clearly and thoroughly.
- Develop and execute design, implementation, testing, and maintenance methods in line with quality standards.
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machine calibration and testing.
- Excellent attention to detail in documentation and process execution.
- Knowledge of quality standards and adherence to them.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic subassemblies.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma
- Experience in testing, calibrating, and repairing production machines, with a focus on quality standards.
