Warehouse PM Supervisor

Description Position Summary The Warehouse PM Supervisor oversees all evening warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient workflow, and compliance with company standards. This role is key to maintaining productivity, safety, and team morale during the evening shift. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate evening shift activities, including picking, packing, staging, and loading of alcohol products. Ensure all orders are picked accurately and shipped on time. Lead a team of warehouse associates; provide guidance, performance feedback, and discipline as needed. Monitor workflow and reassign tasks as needed to meet deadlines and operational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and state alcohol handling regulations. Conduct evening shift reports and communicate updates to the Warehouse Manager. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Support and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Knowledge of alcohol distribution operations a strong advantage. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Proficient with basic computer systems and warehouse software. Must wear Safety Shoes. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
