Position Summary Information


Job Description Summary


Provide administrative support for Accounts Payable operations by reviewing and auditing payment requests, verifying reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office and administrative support functions.
• Scan, organize, and maintain invoice documentation and records.
• Review and audit payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Audit reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with records management and document processing as needed.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Little to no prior experience required.
• Ability and willingness to learn Accounts Payable and administrative support processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain organized records, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications


Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail.
