Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Recruiting Assistant to join our Corporate Recruiting Team. In this role, you'll be one of the first people candidates interact with as you help guide them through the hiring process and support our branches nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Contact applicants by phone, text, and email
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Communicate with managers regarding hiring needs
• Coordinate hiring activities and maintain recruiting records
• Assist with recruiting administration and other office duties
• Help resolve staffing challenges using established processes
• Represent IPSC with professionalism and outstanding customer service

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful:

• Customer Service
• Call Center
• Recruiting
• Administrative Support
• Receptionist
• Human Resources
• Sales Support

Call center or high-volume customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer and telephone
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
