Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to support a growing financial services organization in Scottsdale, AZ. This individual will serve as the first impression of the company and play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Day-to-Day:

• Greet employees, clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Prepare conference rooms and assist with hosting meetings and visitors
• Coordinate catering, lunches, office events, and employee celebrations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Assist with company communications, announcements, and office logistics
• Support office operations and employee experience initiatives
• Serve as the go-to resource for general office questions and support
