Sr. Manager, Patient Services & Advocacy

Role Senior Manager, Patient Services & Advocacy, responsible for developing and managing patient access, reimbursement resources, education, and stakeholder engagement to enhance patient experience. Responsibilities create provider and caregiver support tools, build strategic relationships with advocacy groups and professional societies, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and oversee advocacy initiatives and educational programs. Requirements undergraduate healthcare degree (RN/BSN) or higher with 7-10+ years experience; 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or advocacy within biotech/pharma; deep knowledge of reimbursement processes, payer landscape, and patient access strategies.
