About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations and provide senior-level advisory expertise. This role requires a strong background in ERP delivery and deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, ensuring successful and timely delivery
- Act as a senior advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and best practices
- Manage and coordinate offshore resources to support project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers
- Ensure seamless system integration aligned with business objectives
- Provide post-implementation support, resolving client queries and ensuring system stability
Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, including at least 3 cloud-based implementations
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including both core and advanced functionalities
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as FRS, OTBI, and Smart View, with the ability to build complex financial reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant Oracle Cloud Financials certifications (preferred)
