The HR Talent Partner (HRTP) – Digital &Technology is a strategic partner to leaders across Guardian’s Digital & Technology (D&T) organization, enabling the execution of business and transformation priorities through effective talent, organizational, and leadership strategies.This role works closely with senior Technology leaders to align talent strategy with enterprise priorities, support operating model evolution, and drive organizational effectiveness. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
