Compensation: $130K - $150K base salary + comprehensive benefits

Position Overview:

Our client, an established wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients, is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead and develop its client service team while maintaining a high standard of service across the firm.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, client service, operational oversight, and process improvement. The Client Service Manager will oversee a team of Client Service Associates while continuing to manage a select group of client relationships and serving as a senior resource for more complex client needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Service Associate or Client Service Manager who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and creating an exceptional experience for both clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service Associates
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• Establish clear expectations and accountability while supporting ongoing professional development
• Monitor team capacity and allocate responsibilities to ensure workloads are balanced effectively
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement

Client Service & Relationship Management:

• Maintain responsibility for a select group of client relationships
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client service needs
• Ensure clients receive responsive, accurate, and highly personalized service
• Partner closely with Wealth Advisors to anticipate client needs and ensure effective follow-through
• Maintain consistent service standards across the client service team

Operations & Process Improvement:

• Oversee daily client service workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Establish and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures, and service standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, efficiency, and scalability
• Exercise sound judgment in resolving complex operational, client, and team-related matters
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology teams to strengthen systems and workflows
• Ensure client service activities are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
• Partner with firm leadership to align client service operations with broader business priorities and growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of client service experience within wealth management or financial services
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience with demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Must have Fidelity and/or Schwab experience
• Strong understanding of wealth management client service operations, workflows, and custodial processes
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead a team in a high-touch client environment
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished client-facing presence
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Series 65 or extensive relevant industry experience
