Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a full-time schedule and the chance to work within a vibrant educational environment. You’ll play an important role conducting therapy and evaluations for a caseload of approximately 65 students, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule across two local schools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid SLP license for the state of Kansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome
• Experience with school-aged, elementary populations a plus
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with educators, families, and students
• Self-starter, able to manage a flexible schedule independently
• Must be able to work onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Complete assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work with approximately 65 students, splitting time between two schools
• Maintain thorough documentation as required by district and state guidelines
• Engage in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
