Pay: $22.00/hour (Contract)
Location: Onsite to start with hybrid potential after training
Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our healthcare/pharmacy team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls related to prescription status, medication delivery scheduling, payments, and general customer service inquiries. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoys helping patients receive the care and medications they need.

Compensation

• $22.00 per hour (Contract Position)

Schedule

Training (8–12 Weeks)

• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fully onsite

Regular Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Required Saturday approximately once every 3–4 months (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• One weekday off during any week worked on Saturday

Work Arrangement

• Onsite during training and onboarding
• Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after successful completion of training and meeting performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for inbound customer calls regarding prescription status, billing, insurance, and general inquiries.
• Schedule medication deliveries and process payments to ensure timely shipment.
• Place outbound calls as needed to coordinate medication deliveries.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer questions regarding prescription refills, shipment status, insurance verification, and invoices.
• Escalate clinical questions and concerns to pharmacists or nurses when appropriate.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to the clinical team.
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on team and program needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while navigating several computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
• Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or customer service experience preferred but not required
