What You'll Do

As a key part of the team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, delivering high-quality service and support.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound & outbound calls to assist with prescription questions and refill scheduling

• Coordinating medication deliveries and payments to ensure timely service

• Providing real-time updates on prescription status, insurance, and billing inquiries

• Routing calls to pharmacists or clinicians when needed

• Entering accurate patient data and maintaining detailed records

• Supporting patient safety by identifying and reporting concerns

• Delivering empathetic, patient-centered service on every call

Schedule Details

• Training: Onsite | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Regular Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

• Possible 1 Saturday/month (with a weekday off)

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience

• MUST be a Registered Pharmacy Technician

• Strong communication & professional phone presence

• Ability to show empathy and patience with patients

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Comfortable using computer systems & Microsoft Office

Preferred (but not required):

• Medical office or healthcare experience

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Pharmacy or medical claims experience

High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
