Unity Developer

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Budapest or Szeged)Schedule: Full-time, flexible working hoursAbout The RoleWe're looking for a Unity Developer to help us in the whole process of Unity-based mobile game development from ideation to release. You'll play a key role in providing and implementing solutions to new ideas that will define the future of online entertainment. If you love working with cloud tech, solving complex problems, and supporting a growing game with an active player base, this role is for you.Your Future ResponsibilitiesContribute to full-stack development with Unity frontend, Azure backend functions, shared domain logic, and database integration, including tool developmentProduce technical specifications and manage the overall code development processParticipate in the content creation pipeline and find ways to optimize/ automate workflowsUse diagnostic tools to examine the current content and identify areas for improvementTake ownership of any step in the software development process, from design to maintenanceMaintain code quality across multiple game development environments: compliance of the laid conventions and code review.Collaborate with the art and design team to ensure high-quality code is delivered in line with the project goalsTesting new features, such as the engine, server, development tools, and others, throughout the whole development process.RequirementsFamiliarity with Unity development workflows and software development processesProficiency in C# LanguageStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal and communications skillsExperience in an Agile environmentNice-to-HaveExperience with MS Azure and MySQLBackground in game development or a passion for rock/heavy metal RPGsUnderstanding of mobile game monetization and in-app purchase systemsBSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldHow To ApplyIf you're looking to join a creative, motivated team and make an impact in the gaming world, we'd love to hear from you.
