- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday, closed FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $215,000 to $265,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

Grand Junction, Colorado COMPANY PROFILE:
This community health center first opened in 1999 and has grown and responded to the local community’s needs over the last 27 years. Today, they operate 2 clinic locations, as well as additional service centers, in Grand Junction. They boast a clinical staff of 5 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers, who serve patients along with psychiatric providers, behavioral health specialists, dental clinicians, and more. They are currently seeking a new physician due to growth. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The physician provides comprehensive primary care services for an underserved patient demographic. This includes general and preventive care, with the exclusion of OB services. Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - all-ages primary care
- preventive care
- office-based procedures
- chronic health condition management
- delegate patients to APP staff
- perform or request screenings / developmental tests
- interpret test results
- make referrals to other providers as needed Physicians see an average of 17 to 19 patients per day, with the support of dedicated clinical assistants. The office has behavioral health and dental providers on-site, with patient navigators to assist with all needs.
The practice uses the Epic EHR. REQUIREMENTS:
- Colorado medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Family Medicine
