Your Role - What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct standard and complex clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for correctness, rectify errors, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory devices.
• Provide assistance with sample collection and preparation for testing when required.
• Record all processes meticulously, mentor new team members, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education Necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain an up-to-date certification throughout your tenure.
