APCO International seeks a Supervisory-level professional for Summit County 911 Center to lead and motivate dispatch staff, coordinate scheduling, and oversee onboarding. The role includes coaching trainees and maintaining service standards aligned with the center's mission. Requirements include 3+ years in 911 dispatch, 2+ years in supervision, EMD certification, CPR/AED, and completion of the APCO Supervisory course within the first year.
