Staffing Coordinator

Job Overview Avantara Chicago Ridge is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing schedules and support daily operations. Responsibilities Ensure adequate staff are scheduled to meet guest needs and regulatory requirements. Complete monthly and daily staffing records on time. Secure coverage for vacancy shifts, open positions, vacations, and staff call-offs. Maintain master schedule and log of all clinical staff hours. Assist the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of hours worked. Record employee attendance and communicate issues with DON and ADON. Assist the Administrator and department heads with daily operations of the facility. May be assigned temporary or long-term assignments in various departments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. CNA certification preferred. Two years of related experience (preferred).
