Must be available for after-hours consultation on a rotating basis. Office hours are: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; off every other Friday Salary: $106,875 - $107,940 (unlicensed) or $112,500 - $113,630 (licensed) As an Assistant Program Director, you will Assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operations of the assigned program, to include staff management, client care, and quality assurance and control. Oversee all admissions to the program and coordinate with other mental health service providers and community resources. Provide supervision to direct service team members, as assigned by the Program Director. Participate in staffing management functions, including interview/hiring, training, payroll/timesheet processing, development, evaluations, and performance counseling as needed. Ensure that program meets or exceeds productivity requirements in meeting the needs of our clients by monitoring units of service in accordance with our contracts. Monitor treatment programs and individual client care, quality control procedures, daily programming, and ensuring the program is in compliance with all regulations. Carry an active case load at any time while maintaining administrative duties, if needed. Monitor client database for quality assurance and client files for accuracy and completeness. Our Intensive Mobile Psychosocial Assertive Community Treatment programs (Downtown IMPACT, IMPACT, Senior IMPACT and South Bay IMPACT) provide intensive, community-based case management services for homeless adults throughout San Diego County. We deliver fully integrated services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance disorders. Our programs utilize the evidence-based practice of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to support our clients in the higher level of community care and to assist them in reaching their goals and living a life not dominated by mental illness. Our team is a model of care, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and case management supports. CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego County’s residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges. Education Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required Licensure Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required. Licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC strongly preferred. Clinical supervision is available for this position. Additional Qualifications and Skills At least two years of experience in a mental health environment required At least 1+ years of supervisory experience required Organized, with a strong attention to detail Knowledge of co-occurring disorders is essential Knowledge of County Health and Human Services requirements is essential A valid California driver’s license in good standing, personal vehicle, proof of insurance and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position Must be able to pass criminal/background clearance Summary Assists the Program Director with overall coordination of the program’s operation, including but notlimited to: contractual requirements; staff management; client care and quality assurance and control.
